I am a police officer and I have a BSC (Hons) in Psycho Analysis – Counselling – Interaction Skills and being someone that has worked in the public sector for over 41years, I think I am well qualified to give a professional opinion.
Adie Laird – Is true gentleman that really enjoys his work – He has been recognised for this because I do believe he went from motorcycles insurance to cars to training and now to another respected position in Customer Experience Analyst.
That is an excellent choice that Cornmarket has made. I am also glad that Cornmarket recognises and encourages staff their staff. When I ever I call Cornmarket, I firstly accept that Adie may no longer be on the same department but, I always ask for Adie to deal with me personally..Why..??
Adie is a credit to himself, a credit to his peers, a credit to his family and in his current role, an absolute credit to the Cornmarket company and an ambassador to people and customers like me.
It is staff like Adie Laird, that keeps people / customers like me, staying loyal to your company and coming back. Congratulations.

“I have just been arranging House Insurance (Buildings and Contents) as a current customer with Christina Kerr.
May I bring to your attention Christina’s patience and understanding as I attempted to open documents on my computer and her knowledge of what I exactly needed. When it comes to House Insurance there can be so many items that you do / do not require which can make an impact on the final price.
I had been tempted to move away from your good selves, purely on a financial matter, but Christina was able to outline ‘hidden costs’ that I would or may be charged that I had not recognised or appreciated, by other companies.
Nothing was too much trouble for Christina and within minutes of finalising my requirements and paying the premium, my documents were sent to me.
Congratulations in having Christina on your staff – she is a credit to your company.”

I have been a customer with you for so many years, the Dead Sea was only sick and the Gibralter Rock was just a pebble.
Every time I call your office , I am met with courtesy and respect and a very polite telephone manner. The staff are very knowledgeable and always try to get me the best insurance quote. Having agreed my policies are with me within minutes. I can call and do mid-term adjustments with no fuss.
Being a Police Office, I am very well aware of dealing with the public, so I believe I am well qualified to recognise good public service when I see / hear it.
I know that some generic emails are read out which embarrasses a few when they are named – but being recognised when you are doing your job and doing it well, deserves recognition, especially in this day and age when people are quick to complain.
Adie is one of these staff members that always has a welcoming, cheery voice, he does the best deal he can whether its my car or home insurance. We have a laugh on the phone and I am made to feel that bit special.
